Most of us have learned the valuable lesson that neon clothing doesn't look good on anyone. It can be forgiven of teenagers who have yet to learn about the rules of style - but Katy Perry serves as a good warning to anyone thinking about working a little neon.
Neon accessories with neutrals works, a neon handbag or belt thrown into the mix of print or black looks good, but all over lime green acid tones looks.....like this.
I wont even start on her hair which is essentially a blue Croydon face lift and I certainly wont start on the matchy matchy vibe of the outfit - which clearly she put a lot of effort into but, I will comment on the skirt that appears to have been chewed by an animal, the crop top which screams fifteen year old underage disco and the shoes which look as if they were fished out of a Primark half off bin.
Oh and how cute, she found a matching watch. Shudder. She was actually starting to make a good impression on the fashion world in recent weeks but this is just a crime....
