CONDEMNED AUSTRALIAN DRUG BARONS REFUSE TO SIGN THEIR DEATH WARRANTS

Australian Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran will be  executed in Indonesia on Wednesday April 29th after the stroke of midnight. Both Chan and Sukumaran have refused to sign their execution warrants when they were given 72 hours notice of their deaths during the official proceedings on Saturday as both said they felt it was unjust to kill them.
When asked to sign his papers, Sukumaran refused and told officials he had been doing positive work in prison and believed he had been rehabilitated. He spoke with courtesy and clarity, his lawyer said.
Chan as well refused to sign his papers explaining he had been rehabilitated in the 10 years he spent in prison and that he had helped other inmates as much as he could.
Chan's final request was to have extra time in church to pray with his family, while Sukumaran asked to be able to paint as much as possible before his death.
Images have emerged of a haunting self portrait painted by Sukumaran in his cell on Saturday titled, "72hrs just started" depicting the artist shot through the heart.
Other inmates who will be shot on Wednesday include, Brazilian national, Rodrigo Gularte, Nigerians, Okwudili Ayotanze and Raheem Agbaje Salami and Filipino Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso.
Friends and family have all visited the inmates.
