Justin Bieber was at Coachella this weekend in a big way. He's been at the festival in the past, but, this year, the Biebs, dressed in what appeared to be a RompHim of many colors, got to meet Mason Ramsey, the yodeling YouTube sensation. Per Stereogum, Bieber was heard giving Ramsey helpful advice, such as "drink some water."
Bieber, years removed from his own floppy-haired YouTube days, also told Ramsey he was "proud of him." This seems to check out; Bieber was seen in the crowd, beaming through his suntan at the yodeling youth.
The former teen star also managed to devote part of the weekend to a seemingly genuine act of heroism. Per TMZ, Biebs got into a fight with a man who had his hands around a woman's neck. TMZ says that the man later chased an SUV that he believed Bieber to be inside. The man was eventually arrested.
This was quite the eventful series of days for a man who dresses like chill dad Adam Sandler, socks with sandals and all. Maybe that's the look for Coachella's newest YouTube-star mentor.
