Amber Heard claims domestic abuse against Johnny Depp

Less than a week after Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp citing irreconcilable differences, the actress has filed a domestic abuse claim against the actor too.

The 30 year old actress seeks separation from husband of 15 months, and cites that she was domestically abused thrice in six months.

In the court of law, Amber said that she 'lived in fear of the actor and the idea that he could return to the L.A. condominium they shared to terrorize her physically and emotionally.'

Amber also filed for a domestic violence restraining order, and cited that on her birthday in April, Depp threw a wine glass at her.

In the declaration, she said Depp threw a magnum size bottle of champagne at the wall and 'a wine glass on me, and the floor, both which shattered.'

'Johnny then grabbed me by the shoulders and pushed me onto the bed, blocking the bedroom door. He them grabbed me by the hair and violently shoved me to the floor.

'Johnny was also screaming and threatening me, taunting me to stand up. After several minutes, Johnny stormed out of the condominium, but not before tossing aside and breaking nearly everything in his path.'

'I did not see Johnny again for another month.'

She also claimed that a month later he threw an iPhone on her face the day after Depp's mother died, bruising Amber, and abusing her physically and verbally as well.

Heard said an 'inebriated and high' Depp had grabbed her cellphone, 'wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cell phone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force,' the court filing states.

Photographs of a smashed photo frame, broken glass, a discarded wine bottle and what appeared to be wine stains were included as exhibits in the restraining order Heard filed.

The actress was granted a temporary restraining order against the actor, but the police had found no evidence of a crime when Amber reported the May 21st domestic violence incident through 911.
