Unfortunately, and beyond my control, the voting page is experiencing some code admittance issues with blogger.com. I am fixing the problem, and it will be resolved by tomorrow evening.
I have been trying to resolve the problem all day, and we are nearly there with it. So rest assured we will have the page up and ready by tomorrow evening, and the contenders that have made the Top5 will receive there badges in an e-mail before then.
